Using AZFarming means agreeing to what's below. It's written to be read, not to be impressive.
What this site is
AZFarming is a place for people in Arizona to advertise farm and ranch goods to each other. We are not part of any sale. We don't inspect animals or equipment, don't hold anyone's money, and don't guarantee that a listing is accurate or that a deal completes. Whatever you agree with the other person is between the two of you.
Your account
You need an account to post or send messages, and you must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account.
What you may post
Post real things you actually have, and describe them honestly. Don't post:
- anything you don't own or can't legally sell
- animals you know to be sick or stolen, or that you can't provide required paperwork for
- firearms, ammunition, drugs, or anything else restricted under Arizona or federal law
- the same item over and over, or listings whose real purpose is advertising something else
- someone else's photos or words presented as your own
- anything abusive, hateful, or aimed at harassing another person
You keep ownership of your photos and text. By posting them you let us display them on AZFarming and in previews when your listing is shared.
Moderation
A new seller's first listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live. We may remove any listing, or close any account, that breaks these terms — usually with an explanation, and immediately if someone is being put at risk.
Livestock and legal requirements
Arizona law governs brand inspection, health certificates and transport of livestock. Meeting those requirements is the buyer's and seller's responsibility, not ours.
Where we stand
AZFarming is provided as it is, free of charge. We can't promise it will never be down or never have a bug, and we aren't liable for losses arising from a transaction between users or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here removes rights you have under Arizona law.
Changes
If these terms change materially we'll say so on this page and update the date at the top.
